Today marks a very important date, I am now 24 weeks or 6 months and almost in my 3rd and final trimester. Xavier is about one pound and 12 inches long....it's hard to believe I have taken care of babies in the NICU that were his size and gestation (age). He will be here in just a few short months and I am ready!
